RATES FOR 2010

Park Rates

		Full Hookups or Sites w/ Electric & Water: $43 per day / $294 per week
		Tent Sites: $32 per day, $217 per week.
		1 pup tent per RV space allowed. Extra tents are $5.00 each per day.
		Rates cover 2 person occupancy.
		Extra People: $1 per day, per person - Limit 6 people per site.
		Dogs: $5 per dog, per day; on leash only.
		Picnic table and fire ring at each site.

 

Trailer Rental Rates (includes Park Rates)

 

		19-23 ft: Stove, oven, sink, refrigerator & 3/4 bath: $87
		24-32 ft: Stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, & 3/4 bath: $98
		Rates cover 2 persons, extra people $2 per day per person
		Dogs - $5 per dog per day; on leash only.
		1 pup tent per rental space allowed.
		Extra tents on space are $5 each per day.
		RENTALS ARE NOT FURNISHED WITH ANY KITCHEN, BATH OR BEDDING ITEMS.

Full payment due on arrival. Charges are for ALL days reserved. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as cause for refund or deposit. 2 night deposit required with reservation. 30-day cancellation notice required for refund. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be deducted. NO DEPOSIT REUND ON RESERVATIONS CANCELLED LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. NO refund for late arrival or early departure. 4 night minimum on Memorial Day weekend and 3 night minimum on all other holidays and opening weekends. 2 night minimum on all other weekends. Mastercard & Visa accepted. Reservations with deposits will be held beginning 2 pm of arrival date to 11 am the following day. Prices subject to change without notice.
